🪡 TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)
Current turnaround time is 21–31 business days unless otherwise stated. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

📦 SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Orders will be shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All packages include shipping insurance.

Once your package has been accepted by USPS and is in transit, it is no longer under my control. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdeliveries, weather-related delays, or other carrier-related issues.

Any questions regarding the location, movement, or delivery of your package must be directed to your local USPS office. Customers may also file an insurance claim if necessary.

🎂 CUSTOM ORDERS
Birthday, holiday, and special event customs should be ordered at least 2 months in advance. Rush requests are not guaranteed and may be declined.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade nature of my items, cancellations, refunds, or changes to custom orders may not be accepted once production has begun.

💌 COMMUNICATION
Messages will be answered during normal business hours. Please allow adequate time for responses, especially during busy seasons.
